The Wrap (With Two Gay Guys): Vampires Suck!
Vampires suck as a gay metaphor! Or so Michael and I say in this week's installment of The Wrap.

We also spread some love for Mamma Mia and the criminally underappreciated Christine Baranski, debate Weeds' big gay reveal of two weeks ago, and Michael shares an anecdote about his recent TCA meet up with actor Justin Kirk.

Check all this and more out, after the break!

I can't BELIEVE you said that Cybill was horrible!! Cybill can totally tell a joke too, but I do think that Christine was better at it. I LOVE that show and can't wait to buy the DVD when it's released next month, I think.

I do love Christine, and enjoy seeing her in any films, like in Chicago. I can't wait to see her in Mamma Mia. I'd also love to read an article about her; if one gets posted, let me know!

Also, I kinda want to watch more Weeds. I got this free disc at Best Buy with the first episode of The Tudors, Weeds, and Dexter on it, and enjoyed watching it then. And now that you showed that hot clip of that last gay bit, I definitely want to watch more, lol.

And nice, new graphics, hehe.

Have you guys ever talked about Kathy Griffin on the vlog? I haven't seen anything, but then again, I've been out of the loop for a while, lol.

I have yet to see Wall-E, and probably won't anyway. The only movies I'm planning on seeing anytime soon are Mamma Mia and Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2. I'm looking forward eagerly to both!! :)

I saw Wall-E and liked the parts that you liked. i didn't hate everything about the space station scenes. The malfuncitoning robot misfits defending wall-e were funny. The love story between wall-e and eva was sweet also.

What didn't work for me was the ending. It made no sense that they came back to earth and lived happily ever after. The earth in that film was absolutely devastated, and these people would have been completely and totally unable to do the work it would take to heal it. they could hardly even stand up.

I'm not sure of my point here. I didn't hate the movie, but I wish it had been more coherent and had had an ending that I could believe in.

Mostly, I'm annoyed by all the praise this movie is getting. It was sub-par, but people are saying it will win Oscars, etc. Enough already!

Christine was fantastic in her role in the movie! If it were not for my (now former) next-door neighbor, I probably would have missed out on an excellent movie!

(and some really cute boys in said movie)
